12929 NAS sends RADIUS accounting update messages frequently

Cisco Identity Service Engine version 2.1.0.474

We are currently running ISE 2.1. We are getting these errors constantly. I have searched the support community but did not find a resolution. A TAC case has been opened and is currently in waiting status. Has anyone seen this and what is the resolution?
